Stock up on these bad boys to make your skin as smooth as a baby's bottom!

I've been reading up on foods you should eat to make your skin more youthful... here's a collaboration of what most articles said:

Tomatoes: I know you've heard lycopene can reduce your chances of heart disease, but it can also increase your protection against sunburn, creating more collagen, which can also lead to anti aging with lines and wrinkles.

Almonds: I'm obsessed with them, especially the dry bags of them you can buy in the produce or baking section. They boost your vitamin E. Walnuts are really good for your skin too.

Apples: It's all in the peel, quercetin protects you from the sun, just like tomatoes do.

Romaine Lettuce: Vitamin A is they key, it increases your cell turnover.

Strawberries: Vitamin C, helps your skin look younger, creating more firm skin.

Dark Chocolate: It increases blood flow and circulation!

Also, exfoliating your skin and using make up remover helps with fine lines in your face, especially around your eyes. I used to take all of my make up with face wash but I try to use make up remover then use face wash. Wear sunscreen, (no brainer) it's your skin's best friend in the sun. And lotion up every time you get out of the shower, or even better use baby oil!
